• Eligibility: Towels must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags intact.
• Products Eligible: All products are eligible for return, provided they meet the condition requirements.

2. Return Shipping Charges

The cost responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

• Change of Mind/Size Issue: The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Damaged or Defective Product: Home Terry will cover the cost and provide a pre-paid return label.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 7 Business Days.
• The money will be applied to your original method of payment.
